Advice services

Are you in need of some advice?

Our Advice service operates Monday to Friday 10.00am – 16:00pm, by appointment only.  We can usually offer same day or next day appointments.  We offer advice on health, benefits, homelessness and housing. We also have an appointment system, where people can access our shower service, pick up a tent/sleeping bag. Our support team can be contacted by telephone on 01909 489990 or by email at [email protected]

If people do not have access to telephones or the internet, they can drop into the hostel between these times to make an appointment with a Support Worker.

We also have a Tenancy Support Worker who will offer advice and support regarding housing and tenancies, and will work on a 1:1 basis with an individual to help them secure a tenancy agreement.
