Lacey completes indoor skydive for homeless charity

8 year old Lacey Wilson from Worksop completed an indoor skydive in Manchester on Monday the 2nd of April. Lacey chose to undertake this fundraising event in order to help raise vital funds for homeless charity Hope Community Services. Lacey has done fantastic and managed to raise over £300 for HOPE. Her mother commented “She was so excited, she loved it wanted to go back again the day after”. Previously Lacey used money from her birthday to buy essential food items for the charity, as well as Easter eggs for HOPE’s homeless hostel. On Tuesday the 27th of March Lacey was also praised with the Worksop Guardian Rose.

Development Worker for HOPE has said “What Lacey has done for HOPE is incredible, she couldn’t do any more. She is such a caring and compassionate girl with a heart of gold. We are incredibly grateful for all of Lacey’s support”.
