St Annes Church donates Harvest Festival food to HOPE

St Annes Church donates Harvest Festival food to local homeless charity. Homeless charity HOPE Community Services would like to say a massive thank you to St Anne’s Church in Worksop and to the local community for donating their Harvest Festival donations to HOPE for their homeless hostel and service users. Pupils from St Anne’s C of E school helped carry out the donated food to cars where the food would then be transported to HOPE. HOPE received two full cars worth of food, varying from soup, tinned vegetables and potatoes, sugar, fruit and much more…

A Harvest Festival  period is where local churches and especially schools grow or collect food items which are then gifted to those who are less fortunate.

If you have anything which you would like to donate, you can drop it off at 17 Queen Street, Worksop, S80 2AN. For more information, please call Emma on 01909 531294  ext.29

HOPE are extremely thankful for this very generous support. All donations large or small, help HOPE provide the vital support services needed for those in crisis. To find out how you could support HOPE, call 01909 531294 ext29, or alternatively email:
