Vacancy for Trustee

Vacancy for Trustee – Hope Community Services

Hope Community Services are seeking Trustees

About the opportunity

The Board are responsible for ensuring that the affairs of Hope Community Services are conducted legally and properly.

The Board meet in Worksop, between six and eight times a year with the occasional need for training outside the normal schedule.

The present Board includes retired and working age people with a range of work and life experiences.  Some have prior knowledge of trusteeship whilst others are new to the experience of a governance role.

The role of the Board is clearly to govern, not to manage or work directly with our clients and services users.

What we are looking for

We are looking for vibrant, passionate and skilled people to become part of our Board, working with existing Trustees, to take us forward in to the future.  Working at a strategic level, on governance issues such as housing, policies, finance and forward planning for the organisation.

Applicants must be over the age of 18

To discuss this opportunity please contact Alan Digges on 01909 531294 ext.28
