Worksop Sainsbury’s Prospect donates food to HOPE this Christmas
We would like to say a massive thank you to Worksop Sainsbury’s Prospect for donating food to us this Christmas for our service users. Things such as, mince pies, biscuits, chocolates and fresh fruit and veg have been donated.
Further to this, they are also hosting a Christmas raffle, where all proceeds will go to HOPE to help with their 24/7 crisis service. All prizes have been donated from local organisations and businesses.
HOPE’s Development Worker commented; “We are happy to be their chosen charity, and are extremely grateful for their continued support. Kareen and her staff team are doing an incredible job. This time of year is difficult, especially for those who we support, who have nothing. The donations which we have received will really help make a big difference over the Christmas period”
At HOPE we are grateful for donations all year round, not just at Christmas. We are now seeing more demand for our homeless services, which means that we are supporting more and more people. Donations and support such as that from Worksop Sainsbury’s Prospect is very welcomed, and we are extremely grateful to them for their continued support throughout 2017, and into 2018.
